Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT can be described as an emotional form of acupuncture without needles, which releases stuck emotions by re-balancing the body’s energy system. It works to address and clear any unconscious blockages in the meridian system, which is the interface between the energy field and the physical body. When there are blockages in the energy field, there are corresponding disruptions in the flow through the meridian system. These blockages are reflected in the unconscious thoughts and emotions, and in the functioning of the physical body. Imbalances usually occur as the result of difficult or traumatic situations. Whenever we are unable to express and release our emotions as they occur, they tend to stay with us and inhabit our unconscious.

Abundance Attunement
Abundace is part of What we are; unfortunately many of us have energy blocks that clog the flow in some areas of our lives.
The purpose of the Abundance Attunement is to help strengthen the connection with inner abundance, assisting in the release of fears and patterns (both in the physical and spiritual realms) that keep us in the illusion of lack.
Abundance may manifest in many ways; it’s not always about finances – financial imbalance is a reflection of a much deeper cause. As the core issue is balanced, the outer effects have no foundation and will dissipate.
Watching the shifts occur after receiving the Abundance Attunement often surprises people. Abundance comes in many forms and once the ‘gate’ to abundance is re-opened, just watch the many ways abundance may come in to your life.
